Yes. A account set up is required. It will allow you to save your information (personal, credit card, shipping) so that you dont need to enter them again whenever you shop. 

Yes, You must be a valid customer of the veterinary clinic and your pet must be under the care of one of the licensed veterinarians. 

You may click on “Forgot Password” link on the customer login page or contact your vet hospital. 

Go to Account. Click on “Profile”. Type in your new password and save. 

You must add the item to the cart separately. For instance, if you have two pets and you are purchasing two of the same item, add one item to the cart and then go back search for the product again and add that to the cart. When you click on “items in your cart” you will be able to assign two different pets to the two same products 

Your credit card will be billed when your shipment leaves our facility. 

We ship through USPS; you will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped. 

Over the counter products, which don’t need an approval, can arrive to you within 3-5 days. Prescription (Rx) products require an approval from your veterinarian; after they have been approved the Rx the shipment will take 3-5 days. 

We take security of your data seriously. No credit card data is stored on our site. It is immediately encrypted and stored on an external server with a third party specializing in encryption. We do not sell your data to any other third party. Your information is only used as part of the prescription approval/processing process. We also comply with all HIPPA requirements.
